Amy Heath

Amy Heath knows that working in the entertainment industry as a performer and TV Associate Producer, while being a Second Amendment supporter is a great challenge. However, Amy feels that it is her responsibility as an American, and as the granddaughter of legendary shooting icon, Jeff Cooper, to promote the truth behind gun control. In the past, she has appeared on Staten Island, NY Civic Organization's "Viewpoint" cable TV show, Oxygen Media's, "Life In Progress," RNN-TV, and Young Republican Television, debating on behalf of the Second Amendment. Furthermore, Amy's support of firearms' safety and individual responsibility has carried her on safaris to South Africa/Botswana and firearms' training at the American Pistol Institute and Thunder Ranch. Amy has also participated in a Charlton Heston Celebrity Shoot in Los Angeles, CA. She is a member of the Long Island based, pro-Second Amendment organization known as Sportsmen's Association for Firearms Education (S.A.F.E.). Amy is also a Patron Member of the National Rifle Association, where she sits on the "Sports Shooting Committee." She is a NRA certified pistol, rifle, shotgun and "Refuse To Be a Victim" instructor, as well. To help further the Second Amendment cause in her home base of New York City, Amy helps to spearhead NRA Women on Target™ 22-rifle instructional clinics. Furthermore, Amy is the "Director of Women in the Shooting Sports" for the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association. Amy also enjoys working actively as a committee member for the Big Apple Friends of the NRA.
